The Product Manager is the manager of the Product. One who manages the product and responsible for that specifics product called the Product manager. The Product Manager is responsible for developing a product for oneself or organizations. He/She (Product Manager) converts the Idea into Products.
Let's understand, your organization has one idea how to connects with a worldwide audience. As a Product Manager, one has to work on that idea and build a platform to connect all audiences all over the world specifically 195 countries. Before building that product, the Product Manager's favourite questions would come, which is also called as First Principle thinking.
1. Why is the organization building this Product?
2. What benefits does it bring to your organizations?
3. How to build this Product?
It usually has three questions as above, in the beginning, we must focus on the above three only. This questions would give a clear idea about the Product. Once, the Product Manager is clear about the idea then he/she can build the product which has a high probability to leverage success.
Principle thinking is not bound on three questions mentioned above but this is the entrance of Principle thinking, which gives one clear idea about the why we are making this product, How we are making this product and what benefits it brings to our organizations.
