Product Backlog is a list of new features or it could contain the features which should be changed.

It could also contain the feature enhancement for a Better Product Development.

Sometimes Product Backlog is directly kept in the Product Roadmap. If it does not create the information noise. Product Backlog is never complete and dynamic in nature.

Let's understand this as an example.

As a Product Manager, you have to work with the cross-functional team (Product, Development, Design, Sales, and Marketing, Operations, Customer Support Team). Each team has to its own requirements in terms of new features and enhanced features, sometimes removal of the defected features. Each team keeps its own requirement in the available Collaborative framework.

Product Backlogs would be prioritized because it never ends. Prioritization is an important part of a Product Manger's life. I am sure you can understand the Product Backlog components using the below image.
