Enablement means to channelize the process within various departments where there is very little chance of miscommunications. Fewer miscommunications refer to more productivity and this brings tremendous impact on our products. This synchronizes each individual to their team members and one team to another team.
It means, all the employees understand the products well, which actually enhances the product performance. Product Enablement includes the internal learning material and resources. Few organizations dedicatedly made the product enablement portal for internal training.
